Since the beginning of 2011 I've been working for Telerik. My job here is mainly to take care of front end work concerning telerik.com and sitefinity.com as well as some intranet sites and some smaller public sites.
From February 2008 to December 2010I I have worked for Viscomp (a subsidiary of Euroweb) as a web designer and front end developer. My job there was to design, slice and code pixel-perfect and standards-compliant websites for Bulgarian and German customers. I've sliced and coded more than 200 sites for German customers (mainly small and medium business).
I've designed and coded Viscomp's company website and I have been part of the team that worked on the official website of HockenheimRing and the Nitrolympx sub-site.
I've learned a lot from my work on HockenheimRing and Nitrolympx - mainly how to collaborate with developers and how to work as team with fellow front end developers and designers.
I have also done front-end work and UI design for various back-end systems and internal applications.
Another responsibility of mine was mobile websites development. I had to create detailed guidelines about how to create mobile sites that are compatible with as much mobile devices as possible, yet still preserve their visual pleasure.
Aside from my work in Viscomp, I busy myself with a variety of other projects, mostly driven by my own passions.
In 2008 and 2009 I've been part of the team that organized the Bulgarian Tolkien Festival. And for more than four years now I've been administrating the Bulgarian Tolkien Forum.
I was also a founder and brief leader of the sci-fi literature and discussions club "Solaris" and have helped organizing some events in the Bulgarian sci-fi fandom.
